Our Approach
01
Our treatments draw on years of data & medical research.
We stay abreast of current research literature to make informed decisions about the most effective treatments for specific mental health conditions. This includes understanding the latest developments in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy techniques, and alternative interventions.

We work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to foster an environment where evidence-based practices can be shared and applied collectively.
02
We take the time to know your situation & personalize treatment.
A lot can be learned by taking the time to talk to you and studying your history! This allows us to draw on evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based interventions that can significantly increase the probability of positive outcomes. We are all different and even the most well thought through plan can initially yield suboptimal results. We are quick to learn and optimize your treatment plan to maximize effectiveness and minimize any side-effects
03
Unlike large corporations, we take the time to know you.
Marie Curie once said, "Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less." Our goal is to understand you. It is difficult for large faceless corporations to prioritize you. Our small size and lack of financial pressures allows us the flexibility to accommodate your unique needs, have more frequent connections and build trust & a deeper relationship with you. It is often in this relationship and compassion that there is true healing. Unlike large corporation, our payment plans are not designed to attract more visits; you pay for your treatment.
